EP Review: Twin Forks EP

Title:  Twin Forks EP (Amazon, iTunes)

Twin Forks’ self-titled debut EP is nothing short of beautiful.  Started by Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional and Further Seems Forever fame, Twin Forks plays lush and powerful modern folk music.  The EP is filled uplifting with songs that are equal parts beautiful and haunting, with huge sing-a-long choruses driven by the Carrabba’s and Suzie Zeldin’s dueling male/female vocals with their spot on harmonies.  After the success of artists like The Lumineers and Mumford & Sons, there’s no real reason why Twin Forks shouldn’t be huge.
