5 Misconceptions About Calling Customer Service


People have a lot of misconceptions about customer service and how one should behave when talking with customer service.  Granted, often folks have a right to be upset because some huge company has done them wrong, but taking that out on the poor schmuck that answers the phone makes no sense at all.  So in response Adam Tod Brown over at Cracked.com has put together an excellent list of the 5 Idiotic Misconceptions About Calling Customer Service.  Enjoy, but be forewarned it is Cracked so the language does get a bit foul at times.
