If I Had a Show on The Spy…

I’d like to do something that focuses on quirky pop music. I’d play band and artists that at their core play pop and/or pop rock, not unlike today’s Currently Listing. The show would focus on pop punk, indie rock, and power pop artists, like The Methadones, Superchunk, and The Thermals (just to name a few). But I would also throw in some of the great pop songs by bands that aren’t thought of as pop bands. Now if I could only convince the nice folks at The Spy to give me a couple of hours a week…
