Do let me try and follow your logic and deductive reasoning on this one here Red. I’m going to following this line of thought based on the type of arguments that I observed on your site and from various other hard-line conservatives.
1) Al Gore is a joke.
2) Al Gore won the Nobel Peace Prize.
3) The Nobel Peace Prize is a joke.
4) Thus anyone who has ever won the Nobel Peace Prize is a joke.
Doe that sound about right Red? Well this is BOGUS! While I agree that the Nobel Peace Prize has been tainted in recent memory, that does not in any way take away from the meaning of or the valiant work done by individuals like the Dali Lama or Mother Teresa.
My family has been sick and thus I've been home a lot more. I do most of my blogging from work (which is where I am right now) and I've been out of the office for the last four days. Thanks for asking though. :o)
My daughter (27) is in the hospital in Denver... had her appendix out 3 weeks ago...simple procedure, not acute...complications following surgery led us to a GI blockage (they think)..in and out of the hospital 3 times since...now considering major surgery to fix the new problem if it doesn't "fix itself" pronto. If things don't improve quickly, I'll be going up there Monday. Having sold diagnostic and other medical products for over 15 years... I'm their worst nightmare (aside from having a doctor as a patient). -don't mess around with my little girl or daddy will get ya'.
